There are a few blog payers out there to help you. The best thing is to add Google Adwords to your account/blog to earn some extra income as well. People who are capable of making good videos and whose videos good viewership are enrolled as partners by youtube.
If you have an adsense account, you can make a video unit with vidoes of such partners and place that video unit in your blog ….
If you good at judging and collecting good vidoes …. may be you would get good viewership … or you can pass it along to your friends..
revenue generated through video units would be shared between google/youtube, the author and yourself the publisher
