What are the most popular blogging platforms in Greek?

genealogist84 asked:

I don’t want to use blogger or wordpress. I’d rather use a Greek-specific platform or one that has a .gr domain. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I’d also be interested if there are any free services like squidoo/hubpages/google sites, where you can easily make a quick website and have free hosting, that are on a .gr domain.

I’ve had a blog on blogdrive.com for a long time, but it doesn’t get much traffic, I **** myspace.com, and livejournal is too limited for those of us too cheap to get a paid account. Any other blogging site anyone can recommend?

What are the steps to getting advertiser money for blogging?

I read the Yahoo article on how a few bloggers are making a lot of money. But there are 30 million of us who mostly do it for free. To get advertising, do you contact companies to solicit ads directly and, if so, what kind of statistics do you need to give them (topic of blog, real traffic, likely target audience, etc?) It would be good to know the steps to attract advertising directly rather than relying on middlemen (although a list of those would be good to have, too). Thanks for any help..

What is the best template based blogging software that fully seperates content from code?

Blogging
quixotik42 asked:

What do I mean by “fully seperates content from code”? I want a template that a designer can create. A template file should be an HTML file without any PHP, ASP or other code in it. Blogger uses regular tags that a designer doesn’t mind. But once you start getting into code, they can easily muck things up.
You guys are missing the point, Wordpress allows, nay needs PHP as a part of it’s templating system. I want something that doesn’t require that.
